Refund Policy – nftzoox.space

Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency while protecting the value of our digital assets.
1. All Sales Final
Due to the nature of digital goods and manual blockchain delivery, all sales are considered final. Once an NFT is minted and transferred to your wallet, it cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Exceptions for Refunds
A refund may only be granted if:
- The NFT was not delivered within 5 business days of receiving payment and your valid wallet address.
- You received the wrong NFT or one that does not match the description.
Refund requests must be submitted to support@nftzoox.space within 7 days of purchase.
3. Disputes and Chargebacks
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us. Doing so may result in a permanent ban from the site and further action to recover losses.
4. Acknowledgment
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We reserve the right to deny refunds if fraud or abuse is suspected.
